Our 3-Year Strategy

Delivered web development, SEO, and security to clients, while strengthening trusted relationships in Wales and across the UK.

Took part in community woodworking and carpentry projects, maintaining local connections through hands-on collaboration.
Year 2: Development, Staging & Packaging (2025–2026)
Consolidated delivery into a clear, tiered Web Governance Stack offer (security + accessibility + SEO + performance/carbon-aware optimisation), ready for go-live.
Expanded relationships and pipeline across Wales and the wider UK through consistent delivery and partner engagement.
Advanced Learnedigion and Taskedigion through R&D and staging, defining MVP scope, onboarding, and compliance baselines.
Year 3: Go-Live, Early Rollout & Continuous Improvement (2026–2027)
Go-live with the Web Governance Stack and formalise repeatable delivery, reporting, and support while continuing R&D.
Go-live with Learnedigion and Taskedigion as SaaS platforms, onboarding early customers and iterating based on real-world use.
Launch the Neuro Partner Initiative certification framework and publish transparent measurement of platform footprint and improvements over time.
